Please allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery options, before receiving your tracking information.
However, if you require the pouch sooner, you can choose an upgraded shipping option. The quickest being 2 working days!
Up to 5 letters generally on a small pouch, however there are some letter variations where we can fit 6 on one row.

When cleaning your pouch, please only use a cold, hand-wash machine setting. Alternatively, the best option we suggest is to soak the pouch in a cool cleaning solution, to avoid any discolouration or damage.
